Host Color Adds Office Tools
August 30, 2006 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Shared Web hosting provider Host Color (hostcolor.com) announced on Wednesday that it has added a Web calendar tool and Web-based email to its Web hosting services.
The company says it has incorporated the Extcalendar and RoundCube applications into its hosting plans, providing the calendar and Web mail functions.
Extcalendar is a Web-based calendar applications that lets multiple users browse by day, week, month and category, while supporting several languages. It is now offered as a pre-installed feature of HostColorÂ’s Powertools Web application package, available to customers of Host ColorÂ’s Max, Mega and Multi Domain plans.
“The new calendar will enable new opportunities to our clients and partners, it allows you easily to organize and arrange your meetings and engagements and also lets the companies set up their work process,” says Stanimir Dimitrov, a software development manager at Host Color.
RoundCube is a browser-based multilingual IMAP client that provides full email client functions, including spell check, address book, message searching and MIME.
