Healthcare Data Solutions Expands Facility

(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Healthcare Data Solutions (www.healthcaredatasolutions.com), which offers consultanting, programming, analysis and customer service to the medical community, has expanded its data center in Lincoln, Nebraska, and hired three new sales executives.

According to the company’s Friday announcement, HDS has doubled the size of its Lincoln data center to accommodate rapid growth, and a new research center.

“Bringing our call center in-house in addition to our outsourced operations has allowed us to validate the accuracy of our data with much greater efficiency and flexibility,” HDS database operations vice president Erich Kaiser said in a statement. “The new research department will allow us to facilitate customized scripts for our own internal use and also personalized calling solutions for our clients.”

Having developed a verification process that pin-points specific data elements, HDS has also re-engineered its telephone verification process so that volatile records are updated more frequently, keeping their accuracy level the highest in the healthcare data industry.

Also, Kaler Bole, Denise Endly and Kyle Kriz have been hired to expand the HDS sales team and cover several growing markets in the healthcare industry.

“We are pleased to add these three experienced individuals to our sales team,” says Chris Lundgren, VP of Sales at HDS. “These key additions are just the first of many we anticipate in 2009 that we will require to meet the growing demand for our unique solution set. Our reputation for world-class customer service demands it.”

Kaler Bole has more than three decades of experience in the direct marketing industry, and has most recently he served as a sales executive at Donnelley Marketing working with several Fortune 500 companies, prior to joining HDS.

Denise Endly was a nurse before starting a business to business healthcare marketing career that would last more than 20 years. Endly’s most recent position was as a program services director of multiple, national hospital systems, where she oversaw business development, physician services and clinical implementation.

Kyle Kriz has spent the past two years in the healthcare information industry, previously working as a business development manager at National Research Corporation (www.nationalresearch.com), which provides performance measurement, analysis and tracking services.
