November 5, 2003 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Globix Corporation (globix.com) said this week that it has completed its acquisition of Aptegrity (aptegrity.com), a managed services provider that focuses on Web-based applications.
“We are excited to have completed this acquisition to fuel the transformation into a full service managed Internet applications and infrastructure provider,” said Pete Stevenson, CEO of Globix.
The acquisition of Aptegrity was first announced in early October.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
