February 23, 2007 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Web hosting provider GlobalWebBrands (globalwebbrands.com) announced on Friday it has updated its hosting packages as well as introduced support for PHP.
The company says it has consolidated its three previous Web hosting plans into one plan, called Enterprise, which offers unlimited domain hosting, free Web design service along with other features such as SSH access. The new package is available at $9.99 per month.
In addition, GlobalWebBrands has introduced support for PHP 4 or PHP 5 through a new feature in its Web hosting control panel.
“We continuously received the same requests from many of our users, and we finally decided to go all out in meeting their needs,” says Daniel J. Briere, CEO of GlobalWebBrands. “It is taking a big risk for us to offer only one hosting plan, but in the end, its better, too. We can focus more of our resources on helping users on one plan, instead of losing efficiency and trying to manage multiple plans.”
GlobalWebBrands also recently announced it is now offering Web design service with every Web hosting plan it sells.
