GlobalWebBrands Aims for Real Estate

March 7, 2006 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Web hosting provider GlobalWebBrands (globalwebbrands.com) announced on Tuesday it has shifted its offerings from mainstream hosting to targeted Web site solutions for the real estate industry.

After realizing the needs of its core client base of real estate companies and independent realty agents, GlobalWebBrands closed the sale of its iZoka budget Web hosting brand and other assets, two weeks ago, to concentrate entirely on the real estate market.

“We are no longer just a hosting company,” says Daniel J. Briere, founder and CEO of GlobalWebBrands. “Instead, we now offer hosting, Web site design, Internet software, email services, and other features that meet the crucial needs of real estate agents. We are bringing far more value to the table than before, allowing real estate agents to focus on their business without having to worry about their Web sites.”

In addition to Web hosting and the open-source Open-Realty Web site software, the company will offer unlimited support for Open-Realty. It has partnered up with Bear-Services, enabling GlobalWebBrands to be the exclusive Web hosting partner for Bear-Services’ Bear-Estate real estate software.
