(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — White label hosted email and collaborative services provider GlobalOutlook (www.globaloutlook.com) has launched its GlobalOutlook productivity online services (or GOPOS), making it the first solution of its kind in India based on Microsoft Office Communication Server according to the company.
Featuring India’s first hosted Microsoft Office Communication Server (OCS) according to the company, white label hosted email and collaborative services provider GlobalOutlook (www.globaloutlook.com) has launched its GlobalOutlook productivity online services (GOPOS).
GlobalOutlook stated Monday that GlobalOutlook’s hosted Microsoft OCS provides GOPOS a comprehensive connective solution in an affordable price and is available with optional white label service. Key features include secure instant messaging, group chat, voice and video conferencing, desktop sharing, missed conversation notifications and status indicators by IM integrated with Microsoft Office Outlook .
The white label service lets partners rebrand GlobalOutlook’s solutions, and provide a unified communication platform to end users without GlobalOutlook’s branding – with guaranteed service levels, management, and 24/7 customer support. As a pay-per-use service, GlobalOutlooks hosted Microsoft OCS provides an alternative to setting an in-house server for the organization and is flexible according to the size of the organization.

In August, it that its Microsoft Hosted Communication Services would be distributed through the Jamcracker Services Delivery Network (www.jamcracker.com), enabling service providers, resellers and vendors to quickly and efficiently deliver these solutions in a hosted model.
