The service provides Layer 2 privacy for Henkel mission-critical communications via dedicated virtual private circuits (PVCs).”We have been pleased with the excellent services Global One has provided us in the past, and look forward to continued close collaboration in Europe and North America,” said Ulrich Kelm, director of corporate network support for Henkel. “The new solution from Global One meets all of our requirements interms of cost effectiveness and quality of service and coverage.” “We are delighted that Henkel, one of Germany’s top multinationals, has chosen Global One as a key supplier of its international telecommunications services,” stated Andrew McFadzen, Managing Director of Global One in Germany. “Henkel’s choice of Global One for these expanded services shows that our direct sales operation and advanced network infrastructure throughout Germany have established us as a leading global solutions provider in this key market.”Global One has been aggressively building out its network infrastructure and sales and field operations in Germany since early 2000 when it became a member of the France Telecom Group.
