January 31, 2005 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Web hosting provider Fresh Look Hosting (freshlookhosting.com) announced late last week that it has dropped its proprietary hosting control panel in favor of the Helm (helm.webhostautomation.com) automation solution.
The UK-based company said the move enables it to offer a wider range of features – including multiple domain hosting, reseller packages, ASP and Frontpage extensions – and increases the overall efficiency of the company.
“This is a big move for us, switching to a new control panel is not something that happens overnight,” says William Nisbet, managing director of Fresh Look Hosting. “But we have planned the move fully and everything is going according to plan. Our customers are very satisfied.”
