Exabytes Updates Billing System

April 11, 2008 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Malaysia-based Web hosting provider Exabytes Network (exabytes.com.my) announced on Wednesday it has updated its billing system to WHMCS (whmcs.com), which offers a complete solution for the customer’s management, support and billing needs.

The company found that WHMCS offers more features, better feedback response time and is more user-friendly, in comparison to ModernBill (modernbill.com), which was its previous billing system.

WHMCS also provides customers with features such as flexible account creation and billing, automated server and domain integration, statistical reports and summaries and integrated support system.

The company says that WHMCS offers a complete client area where registered clients can use a single central access point to manage their account, request for support, place their orders and view announcements.

Besides having multi-language support, the billing system offers non-registered visitors with a domain checker, downloads, knowledgebase and server status summary.

The company launched in February its new Linux Unlimited Domains Reseller Hosting Plan, offering resellers the flexibility to host as many domains as they wish.
