January 22, 2003 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Internet service provider Everyone's Internet said on Wednesday that it has struck a deal to acquire the assets of Web hosting industry trade publication Hosting Tech magazine, which last week announced that it would cease publication.

John Shomaker, managing director of Hosting Tech investment affiliate Dome Capital confirmed on Wednesday that Dome has agreed to sell the assets of the magazine to Everyone's Internet.

On Monday, January 13, Dome officially announced that Hosting Tech would cease operations after just over two years of publication. At the time, Shomaker said there was some discussion of the magazine continuing in a different format.
