September 19, 2005 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Domain name registrar ePresenceSolutions.com (epresencesolutions.com) announced on Monday that its customers can now register a domain at the discounted rate of $1.99 per year with any non-domain purchase.
The discount pricing applies to registrations, transfers and renewals of .com, .net, .org, .us, .biz, .info and .name domains, and is available until September 30. The pricing and scheduling of the deal are identical to a discount offer announced last week by domain and hosting giant Go Daddy.
To receive the discounted pricing, customers must also purchase a non-domain service. The company’s non-domain products include Web hosting, secure online file folders, a Web site builder, secure SSL certificates and email marketing tools.
Each domain name registered comes with a range of free services that includes email, starter Web page, a parked or “for sale” page, domain forwarding, domain masking, email forwarding, DNS control, change of registration, status alerts and domain locking.
