Ensim Joins Level 3 VoIP Program

March 15, 2006 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Web hosting software developer Ensim (www.ensim.com) announced on Wednesday it has been selected to join Level 3 Communications’ (www.level3.com) VoIP Technology Alliance Program.

The program enables service providers to deploy affordable VoIP technology in a more efficient, more low-risk manner. Ensim will work alongside Level 3 Communications to offer VoIP service providers a streamlined and efficient process for delivering their services.

“Ensim is one of a very focused group of strategic business partners that we have selected so that service providers can maximize Level 3 Communications’ capabilities for accelerating their VoIP revenues,” says Craig Schlagbaum, VP of channel development for Level 3 Communications. “VoIP TAP has been a very successful tool in facilitating product interoperability with Level 3′s network and we look forward to working with Ensim in advancing operational interoperability.”

On Tuesday, Ensim announced that it had added VoIP controls to its Ensim Unify platform for delivering hosted services.

The Ensim Unify platform enables service providers to centrally create, control, and deliver hosted IP and application services. Developed in close collaboration with Microsoft, Ensim Unify helps businesses with the operational challenges of deploying and reselling hosted services.
