By joining the program, eNom will promote RatePoint’s customer feedback tools through its reseller and retail distribution channels.
Earlier this year, RatePoint re-launched its partner program and introduced a set of new features for resellers.
The strategic partner program now has more than 250 partners.
The company’s patent-pending solution lets small businesses manage their online reputation by capturing, managing and promoting consumer reviews and feedback directly from their websites.
According to the press release, RatePoint “verifies actual consumer ratings for authenticity,” then lets businesses respond to any negative feedback before it is posted online.

Through the partnership, eNom’s customers will receive a 30-day promotional trial of RatePoint’s web-based reputation management solution.
The solution includes feedback tools, email marketing, survey and dispute resolution capabilities to improve customer satisfaction and service while reinforcing relationships with existing customers.
eNom offers a range of web services designed for small and medium businesses, includng hosting, email, and SSL certificates.
By offering RatePoint’s tools, eNom can provide customers can add an increased sense of security and credibility for consumers buying services online.
eNom offers domain registration through its portals, www.eNomCentral.com and www.BulkRegister.com, as well as operates one of the largest reseller networks in the domain industry.
eNom will offer RatePoint to all its resellers through eNom’s platform-independent API and its retail websites.
