EIRCA Launches Hosting Subsidiary
August 21, 2006 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Web hosting provider EIRCA Internet Solutions (eirca.net) announced on Friday it has introduced a new subsidiary entitled This Is Hosting (thisishosting.com), designed to compliment its reseller hosting and managed server solutions by offering multi-domain and application Web hosting.
“We have been leading up to this day for approximately seven months,” says Simon O’Rourke, EIRCA CEO. “EIRCA currently provides premium reseller Web hosting and managed dedicated servers, but has been inundated with requests for end-user solutions for roughly three years.”
EIRCA discussed the move with its resellers until finally deciding that it would be best suited offering a multi-level service based on the shared or virtual hosting environment. The company felt that those services would be most complimentary to its current offering.
Formed in October 2000, EIRCA provides complete Web-based solution, including high end security solutions like Windows or Linux, as well as load balancing a H-Sphere powered cluster of dedicated Web servers that integrates both the Windows and Linux environments.
