November 6, 2003 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — EDS (eds.com) announced today the promotion of Michael Boustridge to vice president of the global sales division and Scot McDonald to vice president, controller and chief accounting officer.
Both appointments are effective immediately.
Boustridge, who replaces Steve Smith, will lead the company?s major sales pursuits. Boustridge previously served as client sales executive for EDS New Zealand. Prior to joining EDS in 1996, Boustridge worked with Hitachi Data Systems and IBM.
McDonald, who replaces Mike Milton, joined EDS in 1996 and has served as the company’s chief accounting officer since 2001. McDonald previously served as EDS’ director of U.S. GAAP Consulting and Reporting.
