r

A five-year agreement with Home Depot to upgrade its Canadian

payroll system and migrate its U.S. and Puerto Rico subsidiaries to the
r

improved single common payroll platform. EDS will also assume payroll
r

processing responsibility for Home Depot’s Canadian, U.S. and Puerto Rico
r

subsidiaries in 2002′s first quarter. The agreement will enable Home Depot’s
r

payroll department to deliver single system-driven payroll check processes
r

for all North American employees.
r

r

An expanded agreement with BellSouth under which EDS will provide
r

additional mid-range systems management services. As a result of the
r

agreement, EDS will assume responsibility for operating BellSouth’s Internet
r

Delivery Services Group in Tucker, Ga.
r

r

An eight-year extension with Telecom New Zealand to supply and
r

manage 7,400 desktop PCs and laptops. The agreement will allow Telecom to
r

gain efficiencies and cut costs in its managed work environment.
r

r

New agreements for eBreviate enterprise procurement and sourcing
r

tools with Aquanima in Spain and ProcuraDigital in Latin America. The
r

agreements contributed to the most successful month in the history of
r

eBreviate, an eSourcing leader and part of the new A.T. Kearney Procurement
r

Solutions unit. In November eBreviate signed more new business and more
r

global contracts and delivered more cost savings to clients than in any
r

previous month. In addition, the new accounts moved the company’s customer
r

base to 101.
