Dotster Enlists Designer Miller

August 29, 2006 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Domain registrar Dotster (dotster.com) announced on Monday it has appointed fashion designer Nicole Miller as the “official fashion designer” for the Dotster Dots, female company ambassadors who will promote Dotster’s ‘MyInternet’ Web site services at high-profile shows and events around the nation.

Dotster announced last week that it is seeking out the Dots via a nationwide search.

The contest will award each of four winners a year-long spokesmodel contract. Open call auditions begin in Miami on September 21 followed by auditions in Atlanta on October 5, New York City on October 19 and Los Angeles on November 2.

“Nicole Miller is delighted to be designated as official fashion designer for the Dotster Dots,” says Bud Konheim, Nicole Miller CEO. “Plus, Dotster’s high value, low cost ‘MyInternet’ program is a perfect fit for young designers and artists who need web presence, but are budget sensitive.”

Dotster’s ‘MyInternet’ features domain name selection, registration, Web site design, production and hosting, all starting from less than one dollar per day.
