March 21, 2003 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — E-commerce outsourcing solutions provider Digital River Inc. (DigitalRiver.com) announced this week that it has signed an agreement with Internet privacy software utilities company Tenebril Inc., for the building and hosting of Tenebril’s e-commerce site.
In addition to designing and hosting the site, Digital River is providing order management, electronic software delivery, fraud prevention and e-marketing services.
Tenebril’s online store, says Digital River, features the company’s flagship software suite, GhostSurf Pro 2.0, Tenebril’s MemoryBoost 2.6, StickyNote 8.1 and Uninstaller 1.2, as well as third party products made available through Digital River’s network of software publishers. Customers are able to download software purchases directly from the site.
