September 7, 2004 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — E-commerce outsourcing provider Digital River Inc. (digitalriver.com) announced on Tuesday that it has developed an online retail agreement with Newegg.com (newegg.com), an online computer component and consumer electronic retailer.
Under the agreement terms Newegg.com will offer its customers Digital River’s extensive catalogue of downloadable software alongside its existing line of hardware and software products.
