July 22, 2005 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Technology property owner and operator Digital Realty Trust (digitalrealty.com) announced on Thursday that it had priced its offering of 5,105,123 shares of common stock at $17.80 per share.
The company says that due to investor demand, the offering was increased from 4,200,000 shares.
Digital Realty Trust also announced pricing for its public offering of 2,200,000 shares of 7.875 percent series B cumulative redeemable preferred stock at $25.00 per share.
The company says the concurrent offerings are expected to close on July 26, 2005.
Late last month, the Digital Realty Trust completed several major property acquisitions.
