July 20, 2007 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Media, Internet and telecommunications investment banking firm DH Capital (dhcapital.com) announced on Thursday it is sponsoring the second day conference luncheon at Web hosting conference and tradeshow HostingCon 2007 (hostingcon.com/2007), held at The Navy Pier in Chicago, Illinois.
Paul Stapleton, managing director at DH Capital, will speak at the luncheon on the future of company valuations, which will take place at 12:15pm to 1:30pm on July 24. Stapleton will also sit on a panel for Session #209, “Web Host Company M&A Panel – Buyer Review”, at 3:30 to 4:15 p.m. on July 25.
Stapleton and the rest of the panel will review how acquisitions work from the buyer’s perspective and explore the transaction process, giving attendees a look at the strategy and rationale for acquisitions as well as the temperature of the Web hosting merger and acquisition scene.
HostingCon is a three day conference and tradeshow that provides hosting professionals a forum to network and expand their knowledge in the areas of business, shared services, enterprise and data center and application hosting.
