(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Hosting, Internet infrastructure and communications investment banking firm DH Capital (www.dhcapital.com) announced on Thursday that it has named Aleetalynn Schenesky-Stronge vice president.

This appointment follows the appointment of Adam Lewis to managing director and Michael Kramer to vice president in October 2010.

According to the press release, Schenesky-Stronge has more than 10 years of experience in the finance and Internet infrastructure industries.

“Aleetalynn is a terrific addition to the DH Capital team,” Adam Lewis, managing director of DH Capital said in a statement.  “Her wealth of experience will benefit our clients and the execution of our transactions.  The addition of Aleetalynn to the DH team further emphasizes our firm’s commitment to be the leading advisor to the Internet infrastructure sector.”

Schenesky-Stronge was a senior equity analyst at Tier 1 Research prior to this appointment. At Tier 1 she was responsible for providing advisory services and “insight to financial firms with respect to public Internet infrastructure companies and merger and acquisition activity in the sector,” according to the press release.

In January 2010, DH Capital named Daniel Golding as managing director. Golding joined DH Capital from Tier1 as well.

In her new position at DH Capital, Shenesky-Stronge will be part of the execution and research team.

“DH Capital’s reputation in the industry attracted me to the opportunity,” Schenesky-Stronge stated. “I am pleased to be joining such a strong group of professionals that have built a successful investment banking firm.”

Schenesky-Stronge previously was a Wall Street research analyst at Credit Suisse First Boston’s Equity Research Group for Telecommunications covering public companies and telecoms. She also held research positions with Telegegraphy and ITC where she conducted primary research on developing telecom markets.

She has a MA in International Affairs from American University in Washington, D.C. and a BA in Political Science from Elizabeth City State University in North Carolina.

In November 2010, DH Capital served as exclusive financial advisor to Hosted Solutions (www.hostedsolutions.com) on its acquisition sale to Windstream Communications in a cash transaction valued at $310 million.
