(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Investment banking firm DH Capital (www.dhcapital.com) announced on Friday it served as exclusive financial advisor to Hosted Solutions (www.hostedsolutions.com) on its acquisition sale to Windstream Communications in an all-cash transaction valued at $310 million.
Windstream Communications announced on Thursday it had entered into an agreement with private equity firm ABRY Partners to acquire data center and managed hosting provider Hosted Solutions.

DH Capital has long served as a trusted advisor to Internet infrastructure and communications companies, providing M&A and private capital placement advisory services.
The firm has advised managed hosting and data center companies on 33 transactions with a combined value of over $1.7 billion.
The company relocated its New York headquarters office to 1540 Broadway, Suite 1610 last month to accommodate its continuing growth, as well as named Adam Lewis to managing director and Michael Kramer to vice president.
