December 16, 2003 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — In the past month, Canadian-based DemoDemo (demodemo.com) has unveiled several new releases of its online Web hosting tutorials. DemoDemo tutorials are Flash-based presentations that Web hosts can use to enhance their customer service offerings. The tutorials help walk customers through the tasks and procedures involved with hosting their Web sites.
The company recently released a tutorial for the new Soholaunch Web site builder. Other releases in the last 30 days include tutorials for DirectAdmin, Modernbill and Creating Private NameServers.
The company also said it recently released DemoCenter, a Web help system designed to display DemoDemo tutorials. DemoCenter provides a centralized location for hosting providers to locate all their tutorials under a single URL.
DemoDemo said it would soon be releasing DemoBar, a logo-branded Internet Explorer toolbar that incorporates all of a host’s tutorials on the end users toolbar. The company said the toolbar gives end users direct and convenient access to the tutorials.
