June 29, 2004 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Web hosting and colocation provider Data393 (data393.com) announced late last week that it has acquired E-com Media Group (e-commedia.com), a provider of e-business solutions. The company said the acquisition makes it one of the few infrastructure-based hosting providers to offer a suite of e-business products and services with their service portfolio.
“The Internet is critical to the success of any business – and we believe e-business solutions are important to our clients. This acquisition enables us to truly partner with our clients and have a positive impact on their business,” says Lee Woodward, president of Data393.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
