(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Web hosting and data storage provider Inventus announced on Wednesday that it has named Patrick Zeller chief strategy officer.
According to the press release, Inventus provides SaaS, data storage and backup, as well as data processing, for law firms and corporate legal departments and Zeller brings more than 15 years of legal industry experience in data retention, forensic collections and data processing.
“Patrick’s combination of extensive legal and e-discovery experience will contribute to Inventus’ strategic growth in the coming years,” revor Campion, CEO of Inventus said in a statement. “Patrick’s expertise in retention and collection strategies will further enhance the consultative value we bring to our clients as we manage the discovery process for our core clients.”
Inventus says data hosting and related managed services account for more than 70 percent of its revenue, and customers are demanding management of the full discovery process.
According to the press release, prior to Inventus Zeller was the vice president of e-Discovery and deputy general counsel at Guidance Software, where he spent six years consulting clients on issues related to the discovery process.

Zeller was a practicing attorney with Seyfarth Shaw and co-founder of its national e-Discovery practice group. He is a regular speaker at industry conferences and has been published in many trade journals.
Zeller is a member of the Sedona Conference and teaches an e-Discovery class at the John Marshall Law School in Chicago.
