Web hosting equipment provider Data Sales Co. has recently expanded its services into Europe, with the opening of a new location in the Netherlands.
The new location will allow Data Sales to process lease transactions with current customers growing their IT footprint in the Netherlands, according to the announcement.
Data Sales offers customers the option to lease IT and networking equipment, which eliminates the need for the significant capital required for buying equipment upfront. The option in the Netherlands will allow its customers expanding to Europe to build out their infrastructure more cost effectively, as well as possibly quicker than competitors.
“Our customers are growing and diversifying internationally, and we needed to help support their growth. This is an exciting opportunity for all,” Paul Breckner, Data Sales president and CEO said.
Data Sales Company of the Netherlands B.V. will offer leasing services to US companies doing business in the Netherlands, as well as those organized under a B.V. contract.
Amsterdam is one of the key European locations for web hosting and cloud service providers looking to grow and expand in Europe. Recently, cloud startup Digital Ocean added a presence in the Netherlands.
“Finance partners are a key component to our growth strategy,” Rajesh Kumar Mishra, CFO, Webzilla B.V. said. “Data Sales’ presence in the Amsterdam market will be of great value to our business.”
Webzilla worked for years with Data Sales in the US, and now is able to extend that partnership to Amsterdam.
Data Sales is headquartered in Minneapolis, and added a Canadian presence in 2011 through an expansion to Toronto. Data Sales also has offices in Arizona and Texas.
