CWH Acquires DNA Servers

February 28, 2007 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Canadian Web hosting provider Canada Web Hosting (canadawebhosting.com) announced on Tuesday the acquisition of Toronto-based Web hosting provider DNA Servers (dnaservers.com).

Canada Web Hosting says the acquisition will benefit the company in many ways, as its team will increase with the addition of DNA Servers’ employees, strengthening the managed hosting services it provides to its clients. Another important factor, says Canada Web Hosting, is DNA Servers’ significant client base in the Toronto area will help solidify Canada Web Hosting’s presence in and commitment to this market.

In addition, the company says that former DNA Servers director of operations, Arthur Bazarzky, will be assuming a senior role with Canada Web Hosting.

“There are strong synergies between Canada Web Hosting and DNA Servers,” says Brian Shepard, president and CEO of Canada Web Hosting. “Both companies are very customer-focused and have high-quality technical support and infrastructure models delivering enterprise-class, managed hosting solutions. Strategically, this is an excellent step for us.”
