CSC Names President of Federal Consulting Practice

Leif Ulstrup, CSC's president of Federal Consulting Practice for the company's North American Public Sector line of business.

(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Business technology solutions and services provider CSC (www.csc.com) announced on Wednesday it has named Leif Ulstrup president of the Federal Consulting Practice for the company’s North American Public Sector line of business.

Reporting to NPS president James W. Sheaffer, Ulstrup succeeds Joe Kehoe, who was instrumental in growing the FCP organization.

Ulstrup will provide executive leadership and strategic direction for FCP, which provides enterprise resource planning consulting services to the US federal government.

The company recently won a five-year, $493 million contract from the Transportation Security Administration to support its information technology infrastructure program.

FCP’s 800 professional consultants help agencies address complex business transformation challenges with a range of solutions to enhance transparency and improve business outcomes.

The division also provides strategic consulting for cloud computing, service-oriented-architecture, logistics and supply chain projects.

Ulstrup joins CSC from was his position as a principal with Deloitte Consulting. In this role, he led partners and senior managers responsible for serving federal government clients.

Prior to that, Ulstrup was vice president and defense and intelligence business unit leader at Touchstone Consulting. He also served as vice president at American Management Systems.
