CrystalTech Becomes Adobe Partner

December 4, 2007 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Web hosting provider CrystalTech Web Hosting (crystaltech.com) announced on Tuesday it has signed an exclusive partnership with ColdFusion vendor Adobe (adobe.com).

The partnership provides for a new enterprise licensing model for the purchase of ColdFusion 8 Enterprise, platinum support and maintenance. Most importantly, CrystalTech as now recognized as an Adobe Premier Hosting Partner.

This is one of the first cases where Adobe has collaborated with a Web hosting provider to create a new licensing model, says CrystalTech. The partnership will enable CrystalTech to offer ColdFusion hosting on a larger and more cost effective scale.

“Since the days ColdFusion was a product of Allaire and Macromedia, we have been looking for a partnership like this,” says Robert Cichon, president of CrystalTech. “Now that Adobe is here, they have stepped up to the plate, giving us the ability to better support their very popular and robust server platform.”

Last Wednesday at 11:59 p.m. MST, CrystalTech celebrated the arrival of Microsoft .NET 3.5 hosting plans with a Midnight Madness Release Party.
