February 3, 2003 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Memory upgrade provider, and Micron division, Crucial Technology (Crucial.com) announced on Monday that it has launched the Server Solutions Center, a Web resource designed for customers with servers in both large and small network environments.

According to an August 2002 Gartner Dataquest report, says Crucial, server shipments in the US increased nearly 10 percent over the previous year, with Intel-based server sales growing more than 11 percent during that time.

“Crucial’s Server Solutions Center addresses the specific needs of this growing market,” said Crucial’s general manager Fred Waddel. “Crucial offers a comprehensive selection of high-quality memory upgrades for Intel-based servers. Crucial says it created its Server Solutions Center based on customers demand for quality, price and ease of use. The center is a section of the company Web site featuring product details, purchasing information, pricing and special offers.
