September 25, 2002 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — High speed Internet access provider Covad Communications Group (Covad.com) said on Monday that it has signed an agreement with telecommunications company AT&T (ATT.com) last week, allowing the company the option to purchase certain Covad services.
According to a report filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission by Covad, which emerged from bankruptcy last year, the agreement will last for three years. No further details of the arrangement were disclosed.
