CoreHarbor, BlueMartini Deliver Hosted Solutions

April 19, 2002 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Managed e-commerce solution provider CoreHarbor Inc. (coreharbor.com) and Blue Martini Software Inc. (bluemartini.com) announced on Friday that they have formed a co-marketing, co-selling and colocation agreement in which CoreHarbor will resell and host Blue Martini?s applications. CoreHarbor will provide medium-sized businesses with hosted access to Blue Martini?s marketing, sales and service applications.

According to the agreement, CoreHarbor will provide the implementation, ongoing management and support services around the Blue Martini application suite, as well as value-added services like business needs assessment, supplier enablement, procurement workflow and site design. The two companies will also engage in joint sales and marketing efforts.

“CoreHarbor’s expertise in hosting mission-critical business applications for mid-market companies augments Blue Martini Software’s focus on serving Global 2000 organizations,” says Chip Overstreet, vice president of corporate marketing and business development at Blue Martini Software. “CoreHarbor’s approach provides rapid time-to-market and lower total cost of ownership, thereby enabling a wider number of companies to realize the power of Blue Martini applications.”

The companies also announced that VenVest Inc., a venture capital and holding company, has chosen to employ the joint solution of CoreHarbor hosting and management services and the Blue Martinia applications suite to power its new self-service portal for its 800 member companies. The portal, say the companies, will provide order procurement and tracking for the participating members of AirTime 500, a consulting firm for heating and air conditioning contractors, and Plumbers? Success International, a consulting group for the plumbing industry.
