Coradiant Releases TrueSight 3.0

June 27, 2006 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Real-user monitoring equipment provider Coradiant (coradiant.com) announced on Tuesday it has released version 3.0 of the operating system for its TrueSight family of real user monitoring systems.

Through broader alerting and reporting options, TrueSight Release 3.0 makes it easier to seamlessly integrate real user monitoring technology with complementary tools for a more detailed, accurate and comprehensive view of Web site health and performance. It also enhances Coradiant’s support for Web applications, even those built with rich clients such as AJAX, Flash or Web services.

“Web operations teams can scan for errors in real time better than ever, choose from a variety of new alerting and reporting options, and further extend TrueSight’s rich real-user information to an even broader range of complementary tools to gain additional insight into overall network infrastructure health and Web-based application issues,” says Brett Helm, CEO of Coradiant.

TrueSight Release 3.0 features a new content extraction function that collects specific content from pages. TrueSight parses the HTML, XML or Web services content of any page and identifies meaningful data such as a specific error code, the dollar value of a transaction or an XML message from an AJAX client. The data is then retained as part of the user’s history in session transcript format.
