(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Managed IT services provider Consonus Technologies (www.consonus.com) announced on Monday it has released a new cloud computing whitepaper that explains how companies and government agencies can benefit from cloud computing.
The move follows the company’s recent announcement that it will host the upcoming Spring 2010 Site Uptime Network Conference.
The whitepaper, titled “Cloud Computing Drives Business Efficiency into the Future,” outlines how the company’s virtual data center can “provide businesses with safe and reliable disaster recover planning and cost efficient data and email file management,” according to the press release.
The paper also goes into detail about two case studies that illustrate the benefits of cloud computing first hand.
“Our customers know they can count on us to keep their important information safe and accessible. Our data center colocation program means that businesses can employ great cost savings, while increasing reliability and efficiency,” says Jonna Murnick, director of marketing for Consonus Technologies. “Instead of spending huge portions of a budget on data protection and backup services, companies can instead focus spending on other areas of business development such as product innovation and growth. It’s a win-win situation for everyone and we’re proud to play such a large role in our customers’ success.”
