According to ConnectWise’s Thursday announcement, the company reports that thousands of new users have adopted ConnectWise’s integrated software solution in the past fiscal quarter alone. From sales pipelines to project management, service desk and invoicing, ConnectWise is designed to provide service provider better control over their businesses, increasing revenues, lowering costs, accelerating cash flow, and heightening client satisfaction.
Key partnerships and technology integrations this year include CharTech, itControlSuite, Aspire Technologies, LabTech and VaultLogix.
ConnectWise CEO Arnie Bellini said that the company’s innovation and collaboration initiatives have been very successful so far this year, and customer base gains have also been a significant accomplishment.

The ConnectWise platform provides business applications that enable customers, partners and third-party developers to build and integrate their own hosted applications. ConnectWise reports that efficiencies gained from the use of its solution typically pay for their initial investment within six months.
ConnectWise has reported that the latest version its software, ConnectWise 2010, has been extremely well received by partners, and its new mobile apps provide users instant access to their business operations on the go.
“To be competitive and achieve long-term success, it is imperative for companies to have complete control and transparency into their business processes,” Bellini said.
In February, the company also created its ConnectWise Capital division, focused on investing in and nurturing emerging technology vendors.
In the first quarter of 2010, ConnectWise won several prestigious industry awards including the MSP 100 award, and Bellini was named to the Channel Chief list by CRN magazine for the second straight year. The company also hired more than three dozen staff members across all levels of the company.
