Colocation Provider ColoHouse Appoints New Chief Operating Officer

(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) – Data center operator and colocation provider ColoHouse (www.colohouse.com) announced Wednesday that it has appointed Felipe Rodriguez to chief operating officer. 

Prior to his appointment, Rogriguez led Vitas Healthcare Corporation’s data center operations and information technology engineering division.

“Felipe brings a wealth of data center experience to ColoHouse, having worked exclusively in the data center industry for the last eleven years,” Paul Blint, CEO of ColoHouse said in a statement. “As we expand our service offerings to our customers, including the launch of our cloud computing services, I am confident that the team now assembled will deliver excellent services to all of our valued customers.”

According to ColoHouse, Rodriguez has previous knowledge of HIPAA compliance and Sarbanes Oxley regulations.

He has a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from Florida International University and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University in Florida.

Rodriguez is a member of Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) and holds the distinction of Certified Professional in Heatlhcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS).
