(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Cloud computing software developer 4PSA (www.4PSA.com) has opened an official representative staffed office in Rotterdam, Netherlands, which will coordinate sales and technical support for the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg, known collectively as the Benelux region.
4PSA specializes in applications delivered on cloud infrastructure, providing solutions that help service providers and enterprises better manage their IT infrastructure, automate processes, and provide improve communications services. According to its Thursday announcement, the 4PSA Netherlands office will be responsible for sales and support activities, as well as managing business development opportunities in one of Europe’s most dynamic markets.
“The opening of a representative office in the Netherlands was an easy decision to make, based on the company’s revenue growth in the region,” 4PSA chief executive officer and founder Bogdan Carstoiu said in a statement. “In the first months, the activity of the local team will focus on educating the market on the advantages that cloud computing offers, and the potential that 4PSA software can deliver. We are targeting a 200 percent business growth in 2010 for the Benelux region.”
With more than a decade of industry experience, Coert Coomans was selected to head up the company’s operations effective immediately. “I look forward to my role in promoting 4PSA software solutions for Unified Communications and the company’s technologies that allow service providers to deliver voice communications over IP in cloud infrastructures,” Coomans said in a statement.
4PSA’s flagship solution is the VoipNow Platform, a suite of software applications designed to accelerate unified communications adoption by businesses and end-users. In December, the company launched VoipNow Core, a VoIP service delivery platform designed for service providers. All 4PSA products are built around cloud computing concepts and provide top performance, a comprehensive features set, massive scalability, and automation capabilities.
