(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Cloud monitoring firm CopperEgg (www.copperegg.com) announced on Thursday that it has launched its SaaS-based performance monitoring solution RevealCloud Pro.

This announcement comes two months after CopperEgg received $2 million in Series A funding.

According to the press release, with RevealCloud Pro development teams can see real-time performance monitoring of cloud systems. It enables teams to isolate and solve critical performance problems before impacting service delivery and is billed on a pay for consumption basis.

CopperEgg says RevealCloud Pro provides “split-second monitoring” of the operating and performance metrics of cloud systems.

“As more organizations build business-critical applications in the cloud, it is important to have a solution in place to give them the control and visibility into their systems they need to be successful,” Scott Johnson, CEO of CopperEgg said in a statement. “The key is providing easy-to-use cloud monitoring products that enable development teams to focus on building valuable applications in the cloud instead of having to spend large amounts of time worrying about the infrastructure being used to support them.  Built by developers and for developers, we’ve designed RevealCloud Pro with these needs in mind.”

According to the press release, RevealCloud Pro has a highly distributed data collection model and the speed and scalability of a NoSQL schema-free database.

The cloud monitoring solution installs in seconds, according to CopperEgg, and provides data amplification, historical insight and resource optimization.

Supporting hybrid cloud environments, RevealCloud Pro provides immediate alerts and a “birds-eye view” of the entire infrastructure.
