Cloud hosting software provider Ensim announced on Wednesday it has named Kevin Berry its chief financial officer.
As CFO, Berry will provide the financial direction needed to help manage Ensim’s growth and profitability.
Berry has over 20 years of senior-level experience, having served as CFO for several global start-ups and three publicly traded companies, all in the software and technology sectors.
Throughout his career he has successfully merged and acquired companies valued at over $400 million, as well as raised $50 million in equity and debt financing from domestic and international venture investors and strategic partners.
At Award Software International, Inc., Berry led the Initial Public Offering which was rated in the top ten by the Wall Street Journal.
Most recently as CFO of California Micro Devices, Berry led the company’s merger with ON Semiconductor resulting in a 50 percent premium for shareholders.
Berry has also served as CFO for SteelEye Technology, Systems at ConnectInc.com, and Award Software.

Ensim’s software enables telco’s, MSP’s, enterprises, web hosting companies, and government agencies to enable their private, public, and hybrid cloud environments for a wide range of on and off premise applications, services, and infrastructure.
