Cloud-Based E-commerce Platform NetSuite Adds Social Media and Search Engine Marketing

These features enable retailers to place a complete set of social shopping features directly into their product detail pages including embedded chat, email, and Facebook functionality, letting shoppers consult their network of friends about products and purchases in real-time. This new functionality promises to increase conversion rates, provide consumers with a way to obtain instant feedback on merchandising choices, and build valuable prospects.

Also in an effort to get users’ noticed, NetSuite has also added new search engine marketing features in conjunction with development partners KENSHOO (www.kenshoo.com) and myDIALS (www.mydials.com). NetSuite’s new goal-driven search engine marketing merges the art and science of search engine marketing in an end-to-end solution that enhances ROI by providing complete visibility into every step of the marketing process, and by tailoring campaigns to tangible business goals.
