October 14, 2004 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Data center and managed services provider Peak 10 (peak10.com) announced on Wednesday that it has entered into a marketing and services agreement with the Charlotte Checkers, a minor league affiliate of the national Hockey League’s New York Rangers. Under the deal, Peak 10 will provide a backup and data storage solution for team’s official Web site out of its data center facility in Charlotte, North Carolina.
