May 1, 2007 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — The Carrier Hotel Alliance (cha.telx.com/) announced on Thursday it has expanded its membership to include Kansas City, Kansas’ largest carrier-neutral facility 1102 GRAND (1102grand.com). 1102 Grand will make its debut with the CHA at the 2007 Global Telecommunications Meeting running from May 21 to 24 in Washington, DC.
Comprised of representatives from some of the largest network interconnection points in North America, the CHA helps attendees develop a strategy for global facilities and network deployment. CHA events provide business development and relationship-building opportunities by facilitating one-on-one meetings between decision-makers and network operators, says the organization.
Other participants in the CHA include CRG West (crgwest.com), tel(x) (telx.com) and The Westin Building (westinbuilding.com).
