November 8, 2004 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — IT consultancy and service provider CBS International (cbs-int.com) announced on Monday that it has acquired Internet service and Web hosting provider HostVertex (hostvertex.com). Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
HostVertex, a shared Web hosting specialist, is gearing its business toward the reseller market. Founded less than three years ago, HostVertex is debt free.
CBS International, initially started as a business consultancy, relocated its headquarters to Singapore earlier this year.
