C I Host Introduces 24-Hour Accounting Chat

May 10, 2001 — C I Host (www.cihost.com), a leader in e-business solutions and Web hosting services, announced on Wednesday that it has expanded its MonsterChat program to include features that let clients chat in real time with an accounting representative about their account, pay bills and view invoices online.

The development of the company?s 24-7 live accounting chat room was based on the success and popularity of the company?s technical support and sales chat rooms. C I Host says the new service is part of its commitment to providing its clients with peerless service.

Texas-based C I Host says that overseas companies in particular love the chat rooms because they can reach a live accounting, sales or tech support person at any time, even in the middle of the North American night, without the expense of a long distance phone call. C I Host also says the accounting chat rooms will be completely safe and secure.

On top of providing its clients with accounting , sales, and technical support through email, chat rooms, and phone, C I Host says it recently introduced a comprehensive quality assurance program in its customer service department.

The company follows up support calls by calling the customer back and asking about their experience. C I Host?s quality assurance staff ask if the service tech or company representative had a friendly, professional attitude, if the proper information was given, and if the problem was resolved.

The company says it knows how frustrating it can be to be left unsatisfied with the response from technical support. C I Host says this is one more step in its total commitment to customer satisfaction.

According to the company, 95 percent of the customers contacted so far have been very happy with the service they received.

Ok so here is what happened. Ive been working for my in laws for 6 years now and this year they decided to go with a new accountant. Well when tax time rolled around i recieved a 1099 instead of a w2. When i filed they asked me what expenses i would be claiming. I said huh. They explaimed that since i owned my owned my own business i should have certain expenses to claim. I dont own my own business. Found out that my mother in law screwed the paper work up when they switched to the new accountant and the business wasnt considered a business this year. Just me and him getting jobs and receiving payment. With that said i had to end up paying 5200.00 instead of recieving it. Is there anything that can be done to fix this issue and claim what is rightfully mine?
