November 12, 2002 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Integrated communications provider Broadwing Communications (Broadwing.com) announced on Monday that it has signed a multi-year agreement with beauty products seller Avon Products Inc.
According to the agreement, Broadwing?s Multi-Connect service will provide Avon with the capacity to share and leverage its call center resources across the country. Avon?s call center agents assist field representatives with filling and tracking orders, billing and other issues.
Along with the MultiConnect service, Broadwing?s Cincinnati Bell subsidiary continues to provide Avon with call center infrastructure and Internet connectivity.
