May 27, 2004 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Furniture retailer The Bombay Company said on Wednesday that it has selected Amazon.com (amazon.com) to provide Web hosting services for its chain of Web sites, according to a report by the Star-Telegram. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Under the agreement, Amazon.com will rebuild and maintain the bombaycompany.com, bombaykids.com, bombayoutlet.com and bombay.ca Web sites. Amazon will also provide its 1-Click feature for shopping and customer reviews.
