Starting at $54.99 per server per month, the “Pro-active Server Management” plan, announced Wednesday, is fully customizable, allowing customers to decide whether to have Bobcares pro-actively manage their servers completely, or otherwise handle upgrades and installations only upon approval. Bobcares will also immediately respond to emergencies at any time, day or night.
“Pro-active Server Management is introduced with the sole purpose of providing Pro-active Server Management Services to our customers,” Bobcares server administration department operations manager Amal A said in a statement. “This unique scheme will ensure top reliability and up-time for your servers, with a response time of 10 minutes, and round the clock monitoring by Bobcares Engineers.”
Pro-active Server Management also features an initial server setup that covers server hardening and performance optimization. Bobcares also provides free Disaster Recovery on servers, and access to Bobcares’ powerful new web control panel, letting customers easily view updates, server health, up-time reports and server change logs.
