As an IBM Hosting Advantage participant, BlueStar Solutions has successfully undergone an on-site review and is approved in all areas of service delivery to ensure the highest standards of infrastructure, applications support, and customer service when deploying enterprise applications such as SAP on an IBM platform.

The IBM Hosting Advantage approval is indicative of BlueStar Solutions’

track record in deploying technology infrastructure services, as seen in a

recent customer satisfaction survey that resulted in high marks for

technology and platform standards. An IBM Global Services review team

conducted the assessment which examined standards and procedures for over
r
150 areas of BlueStar Solutions’ service delivery infrastructure and

operations, including hardware platforms, network infrastructure, security,
r
availability, problem and change management, help desk management and
r
overall customer service.
