April 8, 2003 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Enterprise application outsourcing provider BlueStar Solutions (BlueStarSolutions.com) announced on Monday that it has finalized its acquisition of Colorado-based application service provider Agilera Inc., which became a wholly-owned BlueStar subsidiary at the end of business on April 4.
BlueStar says its acquisition of Agilera dramatically broadens the company’s range of service offerings, significantly increases its market share and results in greater financial strength and stability.
According to BlueStar, the company now offers outsourcing services for JD Edwards and Lawson applications in addition to SAP, messaging solutions and a range of supporting technology services.
